A Massage And Facial
Wait, let me guess; you like to head off to a day spa for a little R and R. Does this sound about right? A massage and facial always make great relaxation exercises. Of course relaxation exercise is part of our workout.
Meditation is one of the oldest and greatest relaxation exercises. Many people aren’t aware of how it truly works. It’s about disciplining your mind. You learn to be at peace as you focus on your breath. Not allowing your mind to drift away is the key. By focusing on your breath you can let go of the daily stress while renewing your energy.
