Drinking ample amounts of water is almost certainly the most underestimated natural gout healing measure. The majority of health specialists agree that a minimum of eight to ten glasses of water per day is strongly recommended.

There is a linkage between gout and diabetes as a result of the complication of circulatory problems connected with diabetes, such as kidney ailment.
