The eNotice Service is a personal email service that notifies you when account statements and notices may be accessed online through the notification web site. When your statement or other notice is made available you will receive a notification at the email address you have authorized for our use. When you click the “I Agree” button, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, click the “Cancel” button and the service will not be established for you.
Categories of Records to be Delivered Electronically
By agreeing to the Terms, you authorize and direct FTCU, on your behalf, to use your email address to send personalized notifications upon new posting. You authorize and consent to FTCU to withhold mailing of paper documents for account statements and notices. FTCU may rely on this consent until it receives you express revocation and has a reasonable time to act upon your revocation.
In order to continue receiving eNotices, you need to notify us of your email address change. You can log on to 1sttech Online and choose Options/Change Email Address to change your email, or you can contact a member services representative at 800-637-0852. If you do not update your email address then you will not receive email notification regarding statements and/or notices for viewing. You will also not receive paper statements or notices
Paper Option and Withdrawal of Consent
You may cancel your Service at any time by sending a request for cancellation via the “Cancel eNotice Service” form. Upon confirmation of your request, the Service will be canceled and you will begin receiving your paper statements and notices starting the month after the Service is canceled. There are no fees for choosing to withdraw your consent to eNotice Services.
You may print copies of statements, notices, and other documents we send you electronically if you have a printer. You have the right to request and receive paper copies of any statement, notice or other document provided electronically by calling us at telephone (503) 644-4034 or (800) 637-0852 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refer to the Account Fee Schedule for current statement and notice copy fees.
You need to maintain a computer system with a web browser (Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, or AOL 3.0 or higher) in order to receive statements and notices electronically. You also need a 1sttech Online password to access your statements and notices. You may access your statements and notices as PDF documents through 1sttech Online. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software to access the documents, and a printer or ability to download the documents for your records.
